The Statesman Resorts is a Private Vacation Membership where the Members enjoy a "Vacation-For-Life" at any of the Exclusive Resort Destinations. It is similar to a Private Golf Membership whereas the Members are entitled to the "Right-Of-Use" at any of the Exclusive Resort Destinations including Resort Club Amenities and Privileged VIP Discounts (per location). The Membership lasts forever, is transferable, and may be shared with friends and family.

Traditional 300 – 350 square foot hotel rooms have become too expensive for Family travel sleeping a maximum of 4 people. The average luxury hotel room with similar resort accommodations, amenities and services that are offered at the Statesman Resorts will cost at least $299 per night plus taxes and resort fees!
The Statesman Resort Suites range from spacious 1, 2 and 3 bedroom floor plans each professionally decorated and furnished designed with a fully equipped kitchen, spacious living and dining areas, master suite, multiple flat-screen televisions with cable, Pay-Per-View Movies, CD/DVD Player, washer/dryer and a private balcony or patio. All of this for a ONE-TIME AFFORDABLE Membership Fee lasts a lifetime allowing you and your family and friends a week vacation (or more) without spending thousands of dollars year after year on small hotel rooms!

A: Absolutely, you can give your week(s) to any person by way of written permission to your assigned Member Vacation Advisor, including the details and contact information of your permitted user.
A: Absolutely! We encourage our Members to enjoy "Family Togetherness" or the Fun and Laughter with your Dearest Friends! Please give your assigned Member Vacation Advisor the names and total number of guests you will be inviting with you on your vacation, so we can ensure the accommodations will be comfortable for your stay.
A: Absolutely, you can sell your Membership through Statesman Resorts where the Member will receive a refund of 80 percent of their initial Membership Fee once the Membership is reassigned. However, if you are a Founding Member, the NEW Member will not purchase as a Founding Member; therefore, will have different Resort privileges then you have as a Founding Member. We highly recommend that you enjoy your Private Resort Membership and pass it onto your family and friends if you are unable to use. We also recommend that you include your Membership as part of your will and testament, so the benefits will be secured for your loved ones for years to come!
A: No. You must consider that the Membership is not bought for economic benefit in a way that an investment in real estate would be. The Resort Membership is a lifestyle choice with many benefits of having a lifetime of luxurious holidays with superior accommodations and where the amenities are of the highest precedence. A: For an Affordable ANNUAL Hospitality Fee starting from $559 (varies per Membership and size of Resort Suite) maintains the Master Planned Resort Communities in Pristine Condition while affording Skilled and Devoted Professionals delivering a level of service that makes your Vacation Experience REMARKABLE. It also covers property taxes, insurance, utilities, cable and telephone, as well as, all Resort upkeep including, repair and/or replacement of furniture, decorative accessories and interior selections.
The Affordable Annual Membership Fee also entitles you to an ANNUAL MEMBERSHIP of AAA providing you the travel security and benefit savings offered by the Experts at AAA!
